Step 1: Quality check when:

We receive quality clothes via our Closet Cleanse bags.

We check to ensure that all items function the way they are designed to meaning,

Step 2: Quality check when:

We categorize, photograph, and stock.

Once we process a Closet Cleanse bag, we then move on to the process of seperating, categorizing, photographing, and stocking the clothing. Lucky for us, the camera never lies. During our photographing process, the camera can reveal quality issues we may have missed in step 1 (i.e. stains). We also inspect each item as we finish processing and stocking the item.

 

 

Step 3: Quality check when:

Your order is placed.

Once your order is placed we retrieve the clothes you've ordered and repeat the Quality Assurance checklist again! This is to ensure that nothing has slipped through the cracks. If we do happen to find that a quality issue made it past us in the first 2 steps, we'll credit you back the amount for that item and it will be shipped to you as a freebie.

Step 4: Quality check when:

When your order is being packaged for its new home.
