At Seams Karmic we strive for your happiness, so if you're not completely thrilled with your purchase we will refund your money and/or provide exchanges.
We think you rock and we want the best for you, including your absolute delight! If you're not thrilled with the clothes you've received from Seams Karmic we'll be happy to accept the returned item(s) and refund your money. Our policy is a 30 day return policy. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you should know if an item meets your quality standards. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We must receive the items being returned before a refund will be issued. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-3 days (depends on the bank).
*Mystery Bags are final sale. No refunds or returns will be issued for the bag as a whole and/or any item included in the Mystery Bag.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately we can not cover the return shipping cost, therefore you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
